I brewed a cream ale on 5/15/11 and bottled on 6/9/11 but am only now posting details about it. The delay is because the beer was presented to my friends Sam & Courtney as a wedding gift. It’d be a shame for my blog to ruin the surprise. Cheers to their marriage and many happy years to follow!
